A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US!
Like most great ideas, Yay Churros! began four years ago as a pop up in some winter markets and a few local festivals. Since then we’ve travelled the country attending even more markets, festivals, events, sports events and private functions bringing smiles to faces.
Along the way we’ve spent some time improving our menu, our recipe and our ideas all the while focused on simply wanting to bring the best tasting, melt-in-your-mouth treat to our growing fanbase.
This year, we like many had the unique circumstances of missing a fair few of our usual pop up appointments and this gave us some valuable time to review our business, new opportunities and look at doing a few things we are always too busy to get to!
This included answering the most common question we got asked… why can’t we get churros any where, any time of year. So here we are, looking to move our concept to the next level.
We’ve had a little make over, a little brand thought and are ready to find a couple of spots we know our delicious treats will have everyone saying, YAY CHURROS!
We are so passionate about our footprint and ethos...we only work with or stock product that fits with our love for this crazy beautiful world! We took such great pains to ensure our shiny new unit at Cabot Circus in Bristol is up-cycled or repurposed. We even went so far as to make sure our tiny patch of turf is recycled reducing plastic waste and our picket fence is eco-fencing!
